Design and Construction: Seven Prestressed Concrete tanks
Each tank was designed and constructed in accordance with AWWA D110 utilizing Type II corewalls, ACI 372 and CROM’s standard prestressed tank design. Peak manpower for the project included approximately 70 CROM team members which consisted of a blend of project managers, superintendents, foremen, and craft labor. CROM allocated resources in order to ensure that project milestones were met and all tanks were completed prior to the contracted completion date.
CROM team members received multiple safety and housekeeping awards throughout the project. One of these awards included Site Safety Champions which was awarded to CROM for exceeding all expectations regarding safety performance. The Project Team repeatedly expressed extreme satisfaction with CROM’s One Team Approach to working closely and diligently, delivering the tank portion of the project to the client while exceeding expectations.
