Alexander Ciasca, PE, DBIA, is a dynamic infrastructure executive with more than two decades of experience in the water and wastewater industry, spanning engineering, business development, project delivery, and strategic growth. As Senior Vice President of Development, he leads client engagement, market expansion, and strategic development initiatives.

Alex has held progressive leadership roles with CROM, including Vice President and Business Development Manager. Prior to joining CROM, Alex served as a Project Engineer with both Holtz Consulting Engineers and AECOM Technical Services, where he developed foundational expertise in engineering design and project coordination.

A licensed Professional Engineer in Florida, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Texas, Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Florida. He is also a DBIA Certified Professional.
