Bobby Oyenarte, PE, DBIA, is a results-driven executive with nearly three decades of experience in the water and wastewater infrastructure industry, spanning design, construction, and restoration.

Bobby’s progressive leadership roles within CROM, including President, Chief Revenue Officer, Division President, and Vice President of International Operations, provide him a comprehensive understanding of the business from strategy to operations. His leadership has been instrumental in driving organizational growth, strengthening operational efficiency, and advancing CROM’s position as a leading provider of lifecycle water infrastructure solutions.

A licensed Professional Engineer and General Contractor across multiple states, and DBIA Certified Professional, Bobby holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida, with a specialization in structural design and analysis. He is actively involved in several industry organizations, including serving as a voting member of the American Water Works Association D110 Committee.
