The Crom Corporation offers complete design services for the
structural portion of the tanks we construct. Our Engineering staff
includes 13 licensed engineers and 6 engineering interns. Our engineers
are licensed in all geographic areas in which we work. Our engineering
team is available to assist in answering any question you may have concerning
your water storage needs.
- Estimates

Our staff of estimators work with our purchasing department to
develop an accurate cost estimate for budgeting purposes. The
Crom Corporation guarantees that at the time of bidding that we will
not exceed the budgeted price for the tanks we estimate.
- Construction

The Crom Corporation employs over 20 full time superintendents
who are responsible for running the crews that construct the tanks we
design. The combination of design and construction
responsibilities under a single source provides you with the
confidence that the project will be completed correctly. The
average experience of our superintendents is 15 years. Our
construction teams are staffed with craftsmen who undergo regular
training to ensure that we maintain the highest quality.
Research and Development
The Construction Industry is changing constantly. New products and
equipment are being developed almost daily. The Crom Corporation has
staffed a research and development department led by a Professional Engineer to
make sure that we are keeping up with the latest technology. Research and
development have been given the task of finding the best and safest way to
construct our tanks. We are constantly on the lookout for new materials
and cutting edge ideas to make certain that we are providing our clients with
the best tank in the industry.
Safety and Training
People are our biggest asset. The Crom Corporation is committed
to provide our employees with the tools to advance and make the most of their
careers. We have also found that a trained employee is a safe
employee. The Crom Corporation has developed an internal training program
that teaches our field crews the best and safest way to construct our
tanks. Crew members are able to learn the different tasks involved in
construction and test to gain promotion to the next level in the company.
The training also focuses on safety in order to develop a safety culture that
becomes a habit instead of an inconvenience.
